An evidence of payment must be attached to the entry form, otherwise the application will
not be accepted.
In the catalogue will be listed only dogs which entry forms were sent and paid on time. Decisive is the postal date on the envelope. Documents received after the entry close or where the evidence of payment is missing will not be accepted.
Withdrawal or transfer of dogs between classes or is not possible after the deadline: 31.08.2011.

IMPORTANT:
The registration number is required for each dog (for members of Polish Kennel Club). Entries without a registration number and without PKR (do not appy fpr baby, puppy and junior class, where the pedigree may be in preparation) WIL BE NOT ACCEPTED!
An copy of the pedogree must be attached to the entry form.
Organizer is not responsible for registrations sent by fax or e-mail, which has not been confirmed by telephone.

Submitting of a signed entry form oblige to comply with the Regulations and the applicant is obliged to pay the fee for the dog, regardless of the dog has been showed or not.
The organizer will send a confirmation giving 1 person a free entry and starting number of the dog.
Owners of dogs breeds with different varieties of coat color or size should write the characteristics, for example: giant schnauzer, standard schnauzer, miniature schnauzer pepper and salt, etc.. It will help to eliminate errors by their classify.
